No-Minimum 3PL Guide

3PL Fee Calculator for Small Stores

Enter what a normal month looks like and see the published service fees at four US fulfillment warehouses side by side. Every number in the formulas comes from the provider's own pricing page; where a provider doesn't publish a number, the calculator says not published instead of guessing.

Rates checked 2026-10-23. Results are service fees before postage unless noted. Prices change, so confirm with a written quote.

FAQ

How accurate is this 3PL fee calculator?

It uses only the rates each provider publishes on its own pricing page, checked 2026-10-23. It leaves out postage (except Simpl, whose rate includes it), inbound freight, special packaging and anything the provider does not publish. Treat the result as a starting point and ask each 3PL for a written quote based on your last 30 days of orders.

Why is eFulfillment Service only partly calculated?

eFulfillment Service publishes a $1.15 pick fee, $0.35 per additional item and $0.45 per storage bin (under 100 SKUs), but its standard packaging charge is not published as a single rate and its rate sheet does not state the billing period for bin storage or the $25.00 Standard Client Support line. The calculator shows pick fees only for eFS and flags the rest.

Why does Simpl always show at least $750?

Simpl publishes a $750 monthly minimum billed pay-the-difference: if your order billing is under $750, it bills the shortfall. Its per-order rate starts at $7 and includes postage, packaging and up to 3 picks, but the full weight-based rate table is not published, so the calculator shows the floor or $7 times your orders, whichever is higher, as a lower bound.

Does the calculator include receiving fees?

Receiving is a one-time charge per inbound shipment, so it is listed separately below the results: EdCo $3.00 per box, Hermeslines $10 per pallet or $0.99 to $6.95 per carton by weight, eFulfillment Service not published, Simpl says no receiving fee.
